Deborah (Debbie) Allen has 26 years of franchise compliance experience and joined us in September, 2004 as Manager of Corporate Compliance. Ms. Allen was employed with Molly Maid, Inc., from November 1982 through April 2001 where she was responsible for franchise compliance and financing assisting to new franchise owners. From September 2001 through April, 2004, Ms. Allen was the Director of Human Resources for River City Petroleum in Sacramento, California. Ms. Allen enjoys boating in her spare time.
