Joe joined Marcos Pizza in 2008, assists the franchisee and Area Reps in the process of opening new stores. Joe provides guidance, and resources during the pre construction and construction phase. Joe manages all new projects through the new Ciao Net system which tracks stores progress, he also does site analysis for new locations.
Stephens has 20+ years of food service experience which began in the United states navy aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Ranger. Joe was the Co-founder and president of Boardwalk Café, Inc and owned and operated multiple units as well as developed other territories. Most recently He became the Warranty Project manager for Maronda Homes in Ocala Florida, assisting superintendants and home owners in all phases of construction successfully closing over 350 homes a year. Joe worked closely with all sub contractors to insure expedited completion of construction and repairs.
