Tom Achs is the Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales & Development for Marco’s Pizza (Marco’s Franchising, LLC) with responsibility for franchisee recruitment, Area Representative support and store growth including real estate and construction. Tom brings 24 years of store development experience to his role at Marco’s Pizza. He recently served as Manager of the Equipment & Supply Division of Marco’s Pizza Distribution, LLC were he effectively created the division and lowered the cost of new store equipment packages. Prior to joining Marco’s Pizza, Tom provided leadership in planning and executing hundreds of new store construction, renovations and capital initiative projects with companies such as Domino’s Pizza, Starbucks Coffee, Panera Bread, Boston Market and Ruby Tuesday.
